Firmly rooted. Here at the Alpenblick, the desire for sustainability arises from deep conviction and is shaped by our grandparents’ way of life – from the recipe book to the appreciation of the environment. In as many areas as possible, we therefore aim to get back to the roots step by step.
When our chef decided to become a chef, it was because his mother always managed to put little delicacies on the family table. The smell of fresh dishes, the anticipation of the meal together - these are some of his favourite memories. He is convinced that the greatest enjoyment you must start at your own roots. That’s why we are embarking on a new sustainable journey here at the Alpenblick.
Culinary delight to us has always been connected to our own territory, but with our Alpenblick quality guarantee, we want to make conscious enjoyment even tastier for our guests! At the Alpenblick, we define sustainable quality by the following factors:
In the kitchen respect for the animals. Instead of using only noble parts, we want to use every part of the animal and avoid letting go food to waste – just like our grandparents did. We have always attached great importance to where our products come from, now we take it one step further: regional, seasonal, fresh & healthy. In the future our selection will therefore be almost exclusively limited to the region of Trentino-Alto Adige and the neighbouring East Tyrol.
Towards a completely sustainable hotel concept. There’s room for improvement – we also constantly have new ideas to make your holiday in harmony with nature more complete. We think green!
