The gourmet experience takes place in the various dining rooms of the Alpenblick, each with its own character. From togetherness to Alpine cosiness. Our house bar, terrace and lounge are at your disposal for bistro and afternoon snacks.


The Alpenblick culinary delights have already turned many guests into repeat gourmets. We would be delighted if we could also inspire you with our culinary local history.

The early bird…

A good start to your day is essential for active holiday. That's why the experience in the Alpenblick starts in the morning with a healthy breakfast and a lot of choice.

  • Alpine breakfast buffet at the beginning of the day (in winter from  7.30 a.m.)
  • Small late breakfast until 11.00 a.m.
  • Bread buffet with a choice from the hotel bakery or village bakery
  • Cakes, brioches and biscuits from our own patisserie
  • Organic products, such as fresh eggs from free-range farming, butter, yoghurt, cheese from the Sesto farmers, fruit juices, ham, bacon and sausages from the farm as well as homemade jams
  • Large selection of organic teas
  • Vital corner with malt mill for grinding cereal seeds, various muesli, fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Gluten-free bread and other baked goods
  • Highlights from our show kitchen: various egg dishes, sweet crêpes and waffles
  • Prosecco & salmon breakfast on certain days
  • Alpenblick’s provision bag for the active day (at extra charge)

After a long hike or bike tour you can enjoy our afternoon snack on our hotel terrace or in the house bar.

  • Cake buffet from our own patisserie
  • Classics such as South Tyrolean apple strudel, buckwheat cake & cream cheese strudel
  • Italian antipasti or South Tyrolean bacon & cheese, accompanied by a selection of bread from the local bakery

  • Choose your 5-course gourmet menu from 3 different menus
  • As an alternative, additional local classics À-la-carte
  • Alpine Wellness Menu for the nutritionally conscious
  • Salad and herb corner with a wide selection of aromatic oils and vinegar specialities
  • Cheese corner with local cheese specialities and spicy homemade fruit chutneys.
  • Bread buffet with various, partly home-baked, bread types
  • Sesto spring water free from the well
  • Once a week welcome aperitif with finest finger food & prosecco followed by a candlelight dinner

You can dine in the bistro for an extra charge.

Kitchen for allergy sufferers

At the Alpenblick, offering an relaxing holiday also means being able to meet the needs of our guests in the best possible way. Specially prepared gluten-free menus or dishes for guests with lactose intolerance are our contribution to your care-free holiday. Inform us about your diets, allergies or intolerances. We cook gluten-free, lactose-free and for diabetics. (just let us know when you book your holiday).

Gourmet tip from your host

My favourite dish? Easy: roast veal and a glass of Pinot Noir Riserva from the J. Hofstätter winery. Simplea and delicious.
