We are partners of Slowfood South Tyrol.

Slowfood stands for a food culture based on responsibility and appreciation and strives to create a sustainable food system.

The movement also focuses on supporting agriculture, food production in harmony with the ecosystem, animal welfare and the promotion of regional cycles. Slowfood’s keywords are good, clean and fair.

Good means products that taste good, are nutritious and fresh.

A product is clean when it is produced in a way that does not pollute resources and ecosystems and does not harm humans, animals or the environment.

Fair means fair payment and conditions – from production to trade and consumption.
