Arrival & departure
Your holiday home is available for you on the day of arrival from 2.00 p.m. The room must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Late check-out until 6.00 p.m. on request, with a surcharge of 50 % of the room price. Use of the wellness facility with pool area after departure until 6.00 p.m. including afternoon snack at € 35.00 per person.
Pet-free zone: We ask for your understanding for our decision not to accept dogs or other pets in our hotel. People allergic to animal hair can thus look forward to a carefree holiday. Even guests who may be afraid of dogs will experience a stress-free stay.

Room requests: We cannot promise a fixed room number, thank you for your understanding.
Booking conditions
Price information
Our prices are per person and day including 3/4 wellness board, plus a tourist tax which will be retained from 01.01.2014. The tourist tax is € 2.50 per person (from 14 years) and day and is paid on site.
Discount for children only in their parents’ room and in an extra bed.
Meals not taken or other included services not used cannot be detracted from the bill.
Reservations
Reservations are only binding once we have received the deposit have confirmed the booked room. You can pay the remorse money by bank transfer to our account at the Südtiroler Sparkasse/Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano:

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation free of charge is possible in writing up to 30 days prior to arrival (deposit/refundable deposit is not refundable).
In case of cancellation less than 30-10 days before arrival, 70 % of the booked travel price will be charged
If you stay less than 10 days, 100 % of the booked travel price will be charged.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the booked days at the agreed price without deduction if we are unable to sublet the room.

Payment
You can pay your bill in cash or by credit card (except Diners and American Express). Cheques are not accepted.
