Your holiday with us at the Dolomites.Life.Hotel. Alpenblick is supposed to be just holiday despite Covid-19. Relaxing, safe and with a lot of commitment from our side.

As guests of the Dolomites.Life.Hotel Alpenblick we want you to unwind and feel completely comfortable. This includes the GOOD & SAFE FEELING to be able to move freely in all areas of the hotel. Hygiene and cleanliness are our quality promise to you and have top priority.

Due to Corona, things are a little different, but we make the best of the situation. We won’t do handshakes for now but our smile is guaranteed. In the end there are only small restrictions for everyone - considering the happiness that you can come to us, enjoy our beautiful nature and that we can do again what we love and have missed so endlessly.
 

FOR STAYING with us

The Green Pass is required for your stay with us. The Green Pass is also prerequisite for a ski pass, the indoor areas of huts and restaurants and more. Information on where the Green Pass is required in South Tyrol can be found here: www.suedtirol.info/en/information/coronavirus/green-pass.
 

ENTRY into Italy from EU and Schengen countries:

  • Vaccinated and recovered visitors must:
    • Carry a valid Green Pass
    • Carry negative test result, antigen test < 24 hours or PCR test < 48 hours (Proof of a negative test will no longer be required from 1/2/2022.)
    • Notify their arrival in advance using the European digital passenger locator form
  • Unvaccinated visitors must:
    • Carry negative test result, antigen test < 24 hours or PCR test < 48 hours
    • Quarantine for 5 days
    • Take an antigen or PCR test at the end of quarantine
    • Notify their arrival in advance using the European digital passenger locator form
  • Children:
    • Until 6 years are exempt from compulsory testing
    • older than 6 years require a negative test, antigen test < 24 hours or PCR test < 48 hours
    • Minors up to 17 years of age (who have not yet had their 18th birthday) travelling with a parent who is exempt from the self-isolation requirement on the basis of a vaccination certificate or convalescence certificate are also exempt from self-isolation.

Even with the status of an insider tip and so much nature, it is not always possible to avoid crowds of people completely, which is why we continue to think long and hard about how we can make your winter holiday adventurous and relaxing, but also safe and carefree, with and despite Corona.

 

Safe skiing with Green Pass

To access lifts, the Green Pass (proof of vaccination, a negative test or recovery from the virus) is mandatory. Klick here for additional information to the Green Pass
 

  • The ski pass must be connected to your Green Pass. You can find the detailed instructions here www.dreizinnen.com/en/green-pass.html
  • Children under the age of 12 will not need the Green Pass certification.
  • In closed lifts a FFP2 mask is compulsory (from 6 years o.a. on)
  • The capacity on the closed lifts (cable cars, gondolas and chairlifts with canopy) will be reduced to 80%, while the capacity on the open lifts will not be reduced.
  • The number of ski passes is not limited, so no reservation is required.

Cancellation policy

You don’t want to miss out on your mountain vacation, but because of the current situation you doubt whether a hotel booking makes sense at the moment? It does. Exceptional situations require exceptions and therefore we have changed our cancellation and deposit conditions until further notice:

In these uncertain times we would like to offer you flexibility in planning your holiday:
 

  • No cancellation fees in case of travel restrictions or other events caused by Covid-19.*
  • Deposits paid will be refunded or, on request, credited for the next stay at the Dolomites.Life.Hotel  Alpenblick.


Valid for all reservations with arrival from 6 January 2021.
These terms and conditions only apply when booking directly on the hotel website of the establishment and not via other booking portals.
 
 

*Events for a free cancellation and refund of the deposit are:

  • the government of your country of origin issue a travel warning for South Tyrol
  • the government of your country of origin prescribes quarantine after a holiday in South Tyrol
  • closed borders. In the cases mentioned above, you can cancel your booking free of charge.
    The deposit already paid will be refunded.


Attention! Free cancellations are for example not possible in the following cases:

  • Health reasons / own illness because of COVID-19 / accident etc. (in these cases we recommend a travel insurance)
  • Private reasons
  • any other reasons

In all these cases, our normal cancellation conditions apply.

The Dolomites.Life.Hotel Alpenblick is spotless as always. Equipped with face masks and gloves, our housekeeping team takes care of hygiene and cleanliness. The rooms are aired, cleaned and disinfected several times a day with 150 °C steam cleaners, ozone cleaners and disinfectants. All employees have been trained by experts and know the hygiene rules. Disinfectants and hand disinfection columns are available for you in every room. Cleanliness is our top priority, for your protection and well-being.

Mouth-nose protection mask requirement for all employees. We reliably ensure compliance with the minimum distance of 1 m in the house. Wherever it is not possible to keep the minimum distance, we ask our guests to wear a mask in accordance with the rules for maximum safety. No distance rules apply to people from the same household or the same room. Mouth-nose protection masks and disposable gloves are partially provided by the hotel.

Wellness

The spa treatment rooms are disinfected and cleaned after each use.
The spa employees wear the prescribed protective equipment (mouth-nose protection masks, disposable gloves).

In the entire wellness area, including a spacious garden, we guarantee the maximum safety distance for your carefree relaxation.
The indoor and outdoor pool and saunas (at least 60 ° C) are open. The 1/10 rule applies to the usable area (10 square meters per person). Avdistance of one meter must be maintained between the people in all areas, also in the water. This does not apply to members of the same household and / or room. The saunas and loungers are cleaned and disinfected by the cleaning staff after use.

Please use the towels provided in the relaxation rooms as covers for the loungers.

Perfect Breakfast:
Breakfast is served completely by our service team on request, so that you can comfortably stay at your place. At the show kitchen you can choose from freshly prepared egg dishes without having to stand in line at the buffet.

All our spacious restaurant areas allow for plenty of space and that will make your dining experience this year even more pleasant. The distances are beyond the legally required minimum distance.
Out of mutual respect and for the best possible self-protection, we ask you to wear a mask and use disposable gloves at the buffet.
It goes without saying that our kitchen staff works exclusively with gloves and mask. At any time, you can use of our room service (for an extra charge), order delicious delicacies and enjoy them in your room/suite (or on the balcony/loggia/terrace there).

Our varied programme with our hiking and MTB guides as well as with our ski instructors in winter will be carried out as usual in our mountain world, following a few simple basic rules.

Medical care

The hospital of San Candido including first aid station is only 9 km from the hotel.
In Sesto, the family doctor Dr. Mayr is available.
In addition, several of our hotel staff have attended a first aid course.
