Hiking Vacations in Sexten/Sesto – The Dolomites: A Paradise for Hikers

While strolling or hiking along the countless paths and trails in and around Sexten/Sesto, you can experience this fascinating Alpine landscape and its unique flora and fauna up-close. We highly recommend the walk into the beautiful Fischlein Valley: You can stroll by the peaks of the Sexten "Sundial," an incomparable natural spectacle consisting of an ensemble of five summits dominating the landscape of Sexten/Sesto, and then enter the marvelous Sexten/Sesto Dolomites Nature Park. When you come to the Alpine hut at the head of the valley (the "Talschluss" Hut,) there's a fork in the valley. You can now continue on into this climber's paradise amidst the famous "Three Pinnacles." Surrounded by this awesome natural scenery, ambitious hiking vacationers will find plenty of challenging trails to explore.
