Alpenblick Rules for Harmonious Vacation Fun

• Our prices quoted are per person per night and include our „3/4 Feel-Good Board“, all taxes and charges included.
• Your holiday home is available for you from 2 p.m On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.
• For a short stay of less than 3 nights we charge an extra fee of 10% per person per night
• Reduced children’s prices only when staying in parents’ room with extra bed.
• Dogs: Are welcome in roomtype Alpine Room “Schusterspitze”, please notice beforehand, we charge € 10,00 per day without food. Please respect that dogs do not have access to the Alpine Wellness Area/Alpine Garden and to the dining rooms
• Desired rooms: please respect that it is not possible to book specific room numbers
• We do not give reduction for not-taken meals and other included services that have not been used
• Non-smoking: in accordance with Italian law smoking is not allowed in the hotel
• Cancellation: doesn’t sound pleasant and is indeed uncomfortable for you – and for us. Please understand that we must charge you 3 full days when cancelling on short notice (30 days beforehand), or when leaving earlier.

BOOKING:
Booking is completed with a payment of € 200,00 per room. • You can settle your hotel bill via credit card (except Diners and American Express)
• When paying cash you are entitled to a discount of 1,5% (please give notice when booking)
