Bathing with Tradition

As early as the late-18th Century, visitors streamed to the Pusteria Valley – including noblemen from the Austro-Hungarian Empire or Italy – who came to enjoy the cool and healthful waters of the resort baths in Moos/Moso in Sexten/Sesto, Wildbad in Innichen / San Candido, or Bad Maistatt. The salubrious effect of the waters can be attributed to the natural bio-active essences of hay, hay flowers, Swiss Pine, and Stone Pine obtained from the Sexten/Sesto Mountains. The Hotel Alpenblick has taken the recipes and formulations from that era and integrated them into its own wellness concept.
